The "Orientation Plan for Education and Upbringing" of the state of Baden-Württemberg forms the basis of our pedagogical work.

Basics

Educational Concept:

In our educational work, it is important to us to recognize the needs and interests of the children and to respond to them individually. We see children as competent and self-confident little learners.

6Therefore, in the over-3s area, we work with an open concept. The rooms are divided according to different learning areas. They are a designed, stimulating environment for independent activity and self-directed development.

In the under-3s area, our youngest children find security and comfort in their respective nursery groups.

To recognize the children's needs and interests and to offer targeted activities, projects, and programs according to their needs, we observe them using the "Learning Stories" model developed by Margaret Carr. We document each child's development in their portfolio using these "Learning Stories."

The healthy nutrition of our children is of particular importance to us. For this reason, our kitchen team cooks fresh and healthy meals daily. Breakfast and snacks are prepared by the educators together with the children.
