Basics
Educational Concept:
We accept children as independent individuals, fostering their curiosity, their joy of learning, and their interest in the world around them. We encourage children to act independently. Our actions are child-centered. We are attentive to the children's needs and tailor our work accordingly. We also provide a pleasant atmosphere where children feel comfortable and secure. Parents and the kindergarten share responsibility for the best possible development and support for each child. We facilitate this through regular observation in the kindergarten and developmental discussions with parents. Christian festivals, biblical stories, the festivals throughout the year, and the seasons play an important role in our daily routine. During free play in the house and garden, children explore their abilities and practice independence, tolerance, solidarity, and responsibility. To ensure a smooth transition to school, we provide intensive support for our preschoolers and cooperate with the relevant primary schools. Together with the Plaisir School, we are a project institution for the "School-Ready Child" project. Additional language support based on the Denkendorf Model is provided twice a week by a trained language assistant. We are qualified professionals who contribute our individual skills, enriching our work and taking on responsibility. To meet the changing demands of the kindergarten and to expand our professional expertise, we regularly participate in further training.
