Introduction/specifics
In our pedagogical work, the child is the centre of attention. We see each child as a unique and independent individual (personality) from birth; as a social, active and competent being. It is an active and competent actor and constructor of its development. With its own needs and individual learning methods, learning paths and interests, it learns about its environment from the very beginning - explores and understands it. It specifically pursues its basic needs for attachment, autonomy and the experience of competence.
Each child has its own developmental stage and rhythm. We see it as one of our most important tasks to recognise this, to pick up on it and to challenge/encourage it. The team sees itself as a genuine, reliable and fair developmental companion, equal discoverer, researcher, partner, role model and observer. We give each child esteem, respect, appreciation, positive environment and offer them good bonding/relationship opportunities. Our interest is to support the child to be able to create their own individual learning path, to learn at their own pace and with all their senses, building self-confidence. "I can do it!" means giving the child space to develop freely. The child's individual learning and development steps show us their interests, needs and abilities. With this orientation, we design our daily routines as well as framework plans. Every child has the right to actively shape its environment.
