The "Alte Schule" (Old School) Kindergarten in Michelbach is housed in the modernly renovated building of the former local school and accommodates 25 children.

Two stimulating rooms featuring dedicated activity areas, along with a natural outdoor play area, encourage the children's development.

What we offer families and children:

• Care for children aged 12 months up to school entry
• Care and education provided by qualified professionals
• "Berlin Model" for settling-in
• Educational concept based on dedicated activity areas
• Implementation of the state educational framework (Orientierungsplan)
• Forest and nature days
• Close networking and cooperation with the local primary school and other kindergartens

Our work at the facility is shaped by each educator's attitude and fundamental approach toward the child. The educators' view of the children and their understanding of how children learn determine the structure of daily kindergarten life and the role the educators play.
