What is a prior notice?
A childcare requirement is registered with the pre-registration. This is not yet a confirmation of a place.

When can I register my child?
As soon as your child is born, you can register up to three reservations, but no earlier than 36 months before the desired start of childcare. As a general rule, the number of places required for the following kindergarten year must be registered by 28 February. The kindergarten year always runs from 1 September to 31 August.

Allocation of priorities
Prioritise your childcare request from 1 to 3, giving your preferred childcare facility priority 1.

When will I receive an offer of a place?
Commitments for the coming kindergarten year are awarded from 15 March each year.
