The kindergarten year begins on 1 August each year. Familiarisation is staggered and can take place at a later date. Registration for August must be submitted by 31 January at the latest. Childcare places are generally allocated in March / April. A child can only be admitted in the current year if there are places available in the daycare centres.

You can make a maximum of three simultaneous requests for a place per kindergarten year.
