How many requests are possible per child?
You may submit requests to a maximum of four institutions simultaneously and must indicate your priorities.

When can I register my child?
From the birth of your child and no earlier than 16 months before the desired start date of childcare.

When is the deadline for registering my child?
By 31 March for the coming childcare year in September. In exceptional cases where childcare begins during the year, e.g. due to relocation or birth, it is also possible during the year.

How are places allocated?
Places are allocated by the nursery management/operators of the facilities by the end of April. The decisions are sent to parents via the portal from the beginning of May. Parents must accept a place within 8 days.
