How many requests per child can be made?
A maximum of 4 requests are possible at the same time. In the event of a cancellation, you can post a new request for care, e.g. with a different start date. In case of a change of facility, only one request is possible.

When can I register my child?
Registration in the portal is possible from birth.

When will I receive a place offer?
The decision on the allocation of crèche or day care places is made promptly; kindergarten places are allocated equally after the registration deadline at the beginning of February and, if possible, taking into account the parents' wishes. In the case of children arriving after the cut-off date or those who have moved into the area, the remaining places are allocated according to the chronological order in which they arrived.
