Current information

We see children as independent learners who acquire knowledge about themselves, others and the world themselves and have respect and regard for what they achieve.

We ensure that all children, regardless of their background, gender, impairment and social status, get an opportunity to learn and develop. We promote the ability to meet and understand as well as mutual recognition and tolerance among all areas in the day care center. The pedagogical work is oriented towards the living environment and the needs of the children and their families.

Our goal is to strengthen children in their subject position, to advocate for the enforcement of children's rights and to create an environment in which children can learn and gain experience in a self-determined manner according to their abilities and skills.

We see the children as individual persons and accept them as they are, each at their own pace of development. We encourage the children to explore their environment in a self-confident manner and to discover their original abilities through the element of movement, which is most peculiar to them. The teachers see themselves as companions for the children, who accompany them in their individual educational processes, offer them support and orientation, challenge them and also expect something of them.
