Overview

Die Personensorgeberechtigten haben die Pflicht, vor der Aufnahme ihres Kindes in unserer Einrichtung folgende Nachweise zu erbringen:

> Eine ärztliche Bescheinigung (nicht älter als acht Tage) darüber, dass bei ihrem Kind gesundheitlich nichts gegen den        Besuch der Einrichtung spricht

> Eine Kopie vom aktuellen Impfausweis (Masernimpfung muss vorhanden sein)

> Eintritt in unseren Verein "Kinderhaus - Am Holländer"
